HIT Inc. (www.hit-inc.com) has developed a world smallest condenser microphone that measures only 3mm in diameter and 1mm thick.  With its super-small profile, the microphone is suitable for portable devices such as mobile phone, digital camera, PDA & MP3 and even hearing aids applications.

Sensitiity of the device is as high as –44dB V/Pa with impedance standing at 2.2K, by adding the amplifier, the sensitivity can even reach –25dB V/Pa.  The microphone can include up to 2 RF noise rejection capacitors for immunity to dual bands.

Additionally, it enhances freedom in equipment design by offering a wide product line consisting of versions with lead, with a connector, as well as units that support different kinds of mounting features.
